1. Delivery / Shipping Policy
Redbird Event Venue does not ship or deliver physical goods or products. All services provided, including event hosting, venue rental, and related communications, occur at our physical location or through digital means (e.g., email confirmations and contracts).
2. Return / Refund Policy
Event reservations may be eligible for partial or full refunds, depending on the cancellation terms outlined at the time of booking. Refunds typically apply to deposits made for reserving event dates.
To request a refund, please email events@redbirdevents.com with your booking details. Refund approvals are at the discretion of Redbird Event Venue and processed within 10 business days.
3. Legal / Export Restrictions
Redbird Event Venue does not sell or export any goods or services outside the United States. All services are performed locally at our venue location. This website is intended for use by individuals and businesses located within the United States only.
