The renter is required to carry a general comprehensive liability insurance policy with a minimum of $1,000,000.00 coverage for bodily injury, property damage, and contractual liability in the aggregate. Proof of insurance must be presented at the time of booking or no later than five months prior to the event date. Failure to provide proof by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation and the forfeiture of any deposits.
